Ronnie Dagal passed the multiple (8) examinations on Permit To Work System Authorization for gas liquefaction plant provided by Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) in the UAE.  Includes Level 1, Level 2 & Final Assessment. April 2011. He got 100% rating in the final assessment.
